Use a job board when the role is easy to fill and your team has time to read and screen applications. Use a recruitment agency when you want accountants who are not actively applying, such as people working at companies you name, including your competitors, or when you need a screened shortlist quickly.

A job advert reaches people who are looking for work at that moment. For junior or common roles that can be enough. The cost is mostly your own team's time: writing the advert, reading every CV, checking claims and running first interviews.
An advert reaches only people who happen to be looking. Accountants who are settled in a job are often not reading adverts at all. A job board also leaves the screening to you, so a busy finance head ends up reading CVs instead of interviewing a short list.
We recruit from your target companies. You name the companies you want people from, including your competitors, and we approach candidates working there. About 80% of our UAE clients want candidates who already live and work locally, so that is where most searches start.
Our team interviews each candidate and CA Ketul Patel reviews every shortlisted profile. You receive 3 to 5 CA-reviewed profiles within 7 working days of our receiving the service charge, and a 90-day replacement guarantee applies from the joining date. Our fee is one month's salary per hire, plus applicable taxes. AED 1,000 per opening is paid upfront and adjusted against the fee.
If you would be happy to hire one of the first few applicants after a quick screen, a job board will do. If you already know which companies the right person works at, or the role has been open for weeks, a targeted search is usually faster. Some employers do both: they advertise, and ask us to approach people at named companies.
Whichever route you use, the employer applies for the work permit through a person legally authorised to represent the company (u.ae), and recruitment costs cannot be passed to the candidate: charging recruitment fees to prospective employees is illegal in the UAE (u.ae).
