It starts with a call about the role. We agree the duties, the salary range and the companies to target, including your competitors, and you pay the service charge. Within 7 working days of our receiving it you have 3 to 5 profiles, each interviewed by our team and reviewed by CA Ketul Patel.

We schedule the interviews and support the salary discussion. This step moves as fast as your own diary, so block interview slots before the shortlist arrives. Ask each candidate for their notice period in the first interview, because it decides the start date more than any other step.
About 80% of our UAE clients want candidates who already live and work locally, and those candidates are usually employed. The notice period in their contract must be at least 30 days and no more than 90 days, and it can be reduced or waived by mutual agreement (u.ae). A candidate still on probation must give at least one month's written notice to move to a new employer (u.ae).

The employer applies for the work permit through a person legally authorised to represent the company (u.ae). The same page says the government's Work Bundle platform has cut processing from 30 working days to 5. Visa and PRO steps stay with you as the employer, so start them as soon as the offer is accepted.
Usually one of three things: an unclear brief, interviews spread over weeks, or a salary range below what the target companies pay. Settle all three on the first call.
