For companies hiring CAs into industry roles. Most of our CA searches are for companies: manufacturers, exporters, NBFCs, family groups and mid-size businesses that need a CA to run the books, the compliance calendar, reporting or internal audit. CA firms hiring an experienced CA can use us too.
Demand is wide. On 22 October 2026 Naukri listed 4,725 chartered accountant jobs in Mumbai, 1,043 in Ahmedabad, 1,021 in Bengaluru, 734 in Pune and 663 in Vadodara (mostly junior roles in Vadodara). These are keyword counts, so treat them as a guide to demand, not an exact number.

ICAI runs campus placement for newly qualified CAs at 29 centres, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Vadodara, where employers interview new CAs directly. Its Career Ascent programme for CAs with at least a year’s experience ran its July 2026 edition entirely online; the 2024 brochure put the fee at ₹50,000 plus GST per organisation, and the 2026 fee is not shown. ICAI also runs a CA job portal, which corporate accounts can use after ICAI approves them and which ICAI says is currently free of charge.
When campus placement suits you better: you want several newly qualified CAs at once and can hire on ICAI’s calendar. When a recruiter suits you better: you need one CA now, you need experience in your industry, or you want people from companies you name. ICAI describes its programmes as routes for employers; it does not say whether a recruitment agency may use them on an employer’s behalf.

One month’s CTC is 8.33% of the annual CTC, whatever the role. Indian fee guides cite 8.33% as the common norm for junior and bulk hiring, 10% to 12.5% for mid-level roles and 12% to 16.67% for senior roles. For a newly qualified CA our fee is the same as the junior norm; what you get on top is a CA’s review of every profile and the 90-day replacement.
