We recruit candidates who already live and work in the UAE, from the companies you name, including your competitors. This is a paid service: the fee is one month’s salary of the person you hire, plus applicable taxes.

About 80% of our clients want candidates who already live and work locally, and that is where most of our recruiting is done. That holds for sales and marketing roles as much as for finance roles. Tell us the companies you want people from, including your competitors, and we approach candidates working there. A salesperson who has sold against you already knows your customers.
Where the role is remote, the search is wider: we have recruited candidates based in the US, the UK, Europe and Asia. Recruiting from India is the smaller part of our work, used when you ask for it.
The fee is the same for every opening, whatever the role.

You receive a shortlist of 3 to 5 profiles within 7 working days. The 7 days start on the day we receive the service charge. A 90-day replacement guarantee applies from the joining date.
