• Enquiry details: Name, mobile number, email address, city and preferred course when you fill out a contact or demo booking form.

• Payment information: Transaction reference numbers and payment status via our payment gateway (Cashfree). We do not store card or bank credentials - these are handled securely by Cashfree.
• Attendance records: Session-by-session attendance data maintained for certificate eligibility (minimum 80% required).
• Academic records: Assignment submissions, assessment results and course completion status.
• Student profile: Educational background and prior work experience where voluntarily shared during enrollment.
• Placement data: Resume, LinkedIn profile, interview feedback and placement outcomes for students who opt into our placement support program.
• WhatsApp messages: Content of conversations initiated when you click our WhatsApp buttons or contact us directly.
• Usage data: Standard browser and device data collected via analytics tools (page views, referral source, session duration).

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

• To respond to course enquiries and schedule free demo classes.
• To confirm your enrollment, issue receipts and manage your batch seat.
• To process payments and send payment confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Placement (opt-in only): If you have opted into our placement support, your resume and basic profile may be shared with hiring employers in Surat and across India. You will be informed before your profile is shared with any specific employer.
• Payment processor: Transaction data is shared with Cashfree Payments for payment processing. Cashfree is PCI-DSS compliant and governs card/bank data under their own privacy policy.
• Service tools: We use Zoho, Cloudflare, Google Analytics and WhatsApp Business (WATI) to operate our website and communicate with students. These providers process data on our behalf under their own policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order or a government authority.

We use Cashfree Payments as our payment gateway. When you pay course fees through our website:

• Card numbers, CVV and net banking credentials are entered directly on Cashfree's secure servers - we never see or store this information.
• We receive and store only the transaction reference number, payment status (success/failed) and amount paid.
• All payment pages use HTTPS encryption. Look for the padlock icon in your browser.
• Refund requests are processed back to the original payment source as per our Refund Policy.

• Course enquiry data: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact.
• Enrolled student records: Attendance, assessments and certificates retained for 7 years after course completion - required for certificate reissuance requests.

• Placement data: Retained for 2 years after placement or last active contact, whichever is later.

You may request deletion of non-statutory data at any time by contacting us.
