Short answer: Accounting Baba recruits accountants and finance staff for employers in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, on the same terms as in the UAE. We recruit candidates who already live and work in your country, from the companies you name. This is a paid service: the fee is one month’s salary of the person you hire, plus applicable taxes, and USD 250 per job opening is paid before we start.
About 80% of our clients want candidates who already live and work locally, and that is where most of our recruiting is done. If you want someone who is already in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain or Kuwait, we recruit in that country. Tell us the companies you want people from, including your competitors, and we approach candidates working there.
Recruiting from India is the smaller part of our work. If you prefer to hire from India, say so on the first call and we do that too.
