Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, taxation, and financial records.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain GST-related records, reconciliations, and filings.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance.
• Prepare invoices, payment documents, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, MIS, P&L, and other management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, customers, and internal teams as required.
• Maintain proper documentation for statutory compliance and audits.
• Assist in Finalization of accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP Good knowledge of GST and TDS Strong understanding of Bank & Ledger Reconciliation Good knowledge of MS Excel Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable Understanding of statutory compliance Good analytical and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
