No. A recruitment agency is paid by the employer, not by the candidate. If you want a free route, a job post on a portal or LinkedIn, or a referral, is the place to start. An agency makes sense when you want screened, interview-ready profiles in days and do not have time to sift applications yourself.

The service charge is not an extra cost. It is part of the fee and is deducted from your final invoice. There is no annual fee, retainer or monthly charge.
If we do not close the opening. If we are not able to close the opening within 30 days of receiving the service charge, we return 50% of it.
You hire an accountant at a CTC of ₹4,80,000 a year, which is ₹40,000 a month.
The fee covers sourcing, interviews by our team, a chartered accountant’s review of each profile, the shortlist, interview support and a 90-day replacement.
We hire from Tally and GST accountants to finance managers and CFOs, and qualified CAs and audit staff for CA firms, at CTCs from ₹2.5 LPA to ₹1 crore. Surat is our home base; we also hire in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Mumbai and across India.
A search takes real work from the first day: sourcing, screening calls, interviews and a CA’s review of each profile. The service charge confirms the opening is real and approved, so our team’s time goes to employers who intend to hire. It is adjusted against your fee, so you do not pay more because of it.
